Terms of Service Policy

PAYMENT POLICY

All Mulan Skills Lab (MSL) services operate on a strict prepaid basis. Payment must be made in full before a learner can participate in any programme, activity, drop-off service, camp, skill development session, therapy support service, or special event.

Registration and placement in any MSL programme are only confirmed upon receipt of payment.

NO REFUND POLICY

All payments made to MSL are final and non-refundable.

No refunds shall be issued for:

• Missed sessions or classes.
• Absence due to illness, travel, or personal commitments.
• Withdrawal from a programme after registration.
• Early termination of participation by the parent, guardian, or learner.
• Unused sessions or services.
• Changes in personal circumstances.

MISSED DAYS OR SESSIONS

Fees paid for missed days, sessions, activities, camps, or drop-off services cannot be refunded, carried forward, or exchanged for cash.

PROGRAMME CHANGES

MSL reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to schedules, facilitators, venues, activities, or programme content when necessary to ensure the effective delivery of services.

ACCESS TO SERVICES

Participants with outstanding balances will not be permitted to access MSL services until payment has been received and confirmed.

AGREEMENT

By enrolling in any MSL service, programme, activity, camp, or drop-off package, parents and guardians acknowledge and agree that:

• MSL operates a prepaid service model.
• All fees must be paid before services commence.
• All payments are non-refundable.
• Registration constitutes acceptance of this policy.
