Who We Are
Mulan Resource Center (MRC) is a safe, structured, inclusive, and nurturing developmental support center designed to provide learners with enriching experiences beyond the traditional classroom setting.
At MRC, we support children through after-school care, weekend programs, boarding support, learner development initiatives, academic reinforcement, therapy collaboration, life skills training, and creative engagement programs tailored to meet the needs of diverse learners and families.
